Senior Java Developer – Private Equitiy Group:

This position pays $70 to $90 Corp. to Corp., Per Hour, 8 -10 hour professional day.

This Contract has been Approved for work with 3rd Party Consulting Companies.

This position is at a White Plains, Westchester, NY location.

Description:

The new hire will be responsible for building intranet/web based workstations and systems for internal users so they can better upload and manage investment/financial data.

This is a very visible role and requires someone with superb written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 7 years of Object Oriented Java and Enterprise Java programming experience in an Ant, Maven, Spring, Rest, Web-services, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse, SQL Server and/or Oracle environment.

At least 2 years of recent front end scripting experience using OO Javascript, Sencha, EXTJS, and AngularJS.

Requirements:

  • Maintain client-to-client/broker FIX(4.2,4.4) connection
  • Experience working with various FIX engine like Eltrader
