| Our direct client is seeking a Senior Lead QA/QA Analyst with experience writing test planning and gather requirements. Candidate will be responsible for functional and integration test planning and execution. The selected Consultant will work on Risk Management system for claims ( commercial policies like Commercial Auto, General Liability and Workers Comp).Candidates must have P&C Insurance exp and EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS!Duties: – Review requirements specifications and prepare test strategy/plan. – Facilitate identification of business user acceptance criteria. – Prepare and execute test scenarios/plans to include functional and integration testing. – Ensure requirements traceability. – Drive defect identification, tracking and resolution, conduct defect meetings. – Complete test documentation (conditions matrix, test scripts). – Capture and report quality metrics for QA testing phases. – Assist with user acceptance test (UAT) activities as needed. |

| Required Skills: – Team/project lead experience. – Data experience, with data testing a plus. – Solid experience working with web based systems and submitting simple queries for extracting data. – Knowledge of HP Quality Center as well as QTP/Load Runner to assist in creating/executing the automated scripts. – Experience preparing test plan scope, conditions matrix, and test scripts/cases – Understanding of software life-cycle and standard software governance procedures – Ability to write complex SQL queries for data verification exercises. – Experience in Web based application/Client Server applications and Reports testing. – Experience with manual and automated tools (Mercury Suite).Other: – Excellent communication/written/verbal skills – Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience is a must – Experience in Reinsurance and Insurance data reconciliation – Ability to facilitate meetings, take ownership of tasks and be extremely detail oriented and well organized |
