In summary, I am currently working closely with Goldman’s global technology leadership team as they continue to scale their engineering organisation in Warsaw across a number of strategic areas including cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, applied AI, large-scale data engineering and next-generation developer infrastructure within Global Banking & Markets.
The firm is making significant long-term investment into Warsaw, which is rapidly becoming one of its key EMEA engineering hubs, across modernising core platforms, building highly scalable systems and driving AI-enabled transformation across the business.
As part of this growth, they are particularly interested in speaking with high-calibre engineers and technical leaders with international experience who would be open to opportunities with them.
Alongside a highly competitive compensation package, the opportunity offers the chance to work on complex engineering challenges with some of the strongest technical talent in the market.
There are a number of areas they are looking to hire in across technology, and would also look at creating roles for specific candidates that can demonstrate adding specific value in other domains.
