Witam Kolezanki i Kolegow,

Moze ktos jest zainteresowany propozycja pracy jak ta zamieszczona ponizej.
Jesli tak to Mark jest osoba, z ktora nalezy sie kontaktowac.
Ja od niedawna pracuje dla PMA przez „Judge Group” i moj judgement of the „Judge” is neutral (not enough data yet).
Jedno co wiem to jest to duza „tutejsza” firma konsultingowa powstala w PA gdzies w latach 70.
Oczywiscie rekrutuje w wielu miejscach na swiecie….

Cobol, DB2 and CICS – main tech skills needed

Planning, designing, developing, testing, and documenting computer programs.

Coding new development and maintaining existing systems.

Converting project specifications into detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into languages processed by computers. Analyzing workflow charts and diagrams, applying knowledge of requirements, analysis, design, testing and software application implementation, knowledge transfer/user training activities, computer capabilities, subject matter and symbolic logic.

Applying broad knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems to evaluate user requests for new or modified programs. Performing further development after due analysis and design.

Developing code using  Mainframe and database development and administration and deploying it on z/OS Application Server.

Program Designing for database loading and validation and object/relational-mapping.

Writing Cobol Program and SQL queries for stored procedure as part of the mapping technique to obtain data from database.

Utilizing Expeditor and IBM datastudio for debugging, testing and maintaining computer systems.

Compiling and documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.

Correcting program errors using methods such as modifying program or altering sequence of program steps.

Analyzing, reviewing and rewriting programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt programs to new requirements.

Tak wiele sie dzieje w naszym kraju (tu mam na mysli Ameryke)
a nie widze, ani zadnych listow, ktore popieraja/potepiaja itp.
Ja z racji bycia, jak to zostalo okreslone „rasista”,  chyba nie musze za wiele na tem temat pisac.
Przyznam szczerze, ze czytam codziennie informacje z Polski (Interia, Onet) i jestem dosc zdudmiony tym co tam czytam.
Kto urabia w Polsce takie opinie jak te zamieszki to efekt „400 lat niewoli”,  „biali sobie na to zasluzyli” itp.
Rozumiem robienie „wody z mozgu” tutejszej amerykanskiej mlodziezy, ktora mozemy obserwowac ostatnio na tych  „pokojowych, czy niepokojowych” wieczornych spotkaniach.
Mysle jednakze, ze robienie „wody z mozgu” ludziom w Polsce to jest po prostu jakis rodzaj zamierzonej akcji.
Coz moze juz jestem stary, ale ma nic bardziej dziwnego, niz mlody bialy chlopak, noszacy opuszczone spodnie na wysokosci ud/kolan i sluchajacego „rapu”.
Jego nawiekszym problemem jest (jak sie domyslam), ze ma biala skore.
Mnie zawsze powtarzali, ze warto uczyc sie od madrych.
Coz naleze do starszej generacji i tak juz chyba zostanie.

Dzisiaj dostalem ten email na 3 pozycje DB2 NSP w BofA Pennington NJ.

Nie pracowalem nigdy dla Matlen Silver.

Moj poprzedni email z podobna oferta pracy wywolal dosc ozywiona wymiane pogladow dawno nie widziana na tym forum. To moze oznaczac, ze temat nie jest obojetny, a jesli tak to moze jest ktos kto szuka pracy ….
